Steve joined Duval Capital after spending six years in New York City working for a national investment firm focused on real estate and structured debt investments. His experience there gave him a deep working knowledge of the capital markets and specifically alternative asset classes. Steve received a Degree in Finance from Wayne State University and maintains a strong commitment to learning through various continuing education initiatives. At Duval Capital, Steve is responsible for investment research, overseeing the firm’s marketing activities and working closely with clients and their families to understand their investment needs, lifestyle and retirement goals. Steve currently lives in Royal Oak, Michigan with his wife Kristina and their two children Declan and Isla.
